While looking into the coldfusion.server.ServiceFactory on a Railo server I found a very strange behavoir. The following code is returning the datasource password unencrypted. To test replace "datasource" with one on your server.

It's been a while since my last post but this project is still alive. I've been taking some time improving the skills need for this project. In particular I've been studying Flex and the Cairngorm framework which as of now will be the one used for this project. I was recently told that I should look at the swiz framework instead but I've decided to stick with Cairngorm just because I want to improve my Cairngorm skills before moving to something else. Maybe I’ll us swiz for my next project.
I've also been reading up on the ColdBox framework and what can I say I'm a fan of conventions over configurations. Add in the ColdBox Proxy: Flex/Air/Remote Integration and I've finally been won over by a framework. With that said I will be using the ColdBox framework for this project.
